In Schedule 1 to the Recovery of Health Services Charges (Northern Ireland) Order 2006, in paragraph 1(b), after “section 130 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 (c. 6)” insert “ or Chapter 2 of Part 7 of the Sentencing Code ”.

In Schedule 3 to the Human Trafficking and Exploitation (Criminal Justice and Support for Victims) Act (Northern Ireland) 2015, in paragraph 23(3)(b), for “section 14(1) of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” substitute “ section 82 of the Sentencing Code ”.
