445 E+W In the following provisions, for “section 154 of the Criminal Justice Act 2003” or “section 154 of the Criminal Justice Act 2003 (c. 44)” substitute “ paragraph 24 of Schedule 22 to the Sentencing Act 2020 ”

• section 63(2) of the Children Act 2004;

• sections 2(15), 5(11) and 35(9) of the Asylum and Immigration (Treatment of Claimants, etc.) Act 2004.
