42In section 1(2)(b) of the Licensed Premises (Exclusion of Certain Persons) Act 1980, for “sections 12 and 14 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” substitute “sections 79, 80 and 82 of the Sentencing Code”.
