383 E+W In article 15F(6)(a) of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 (Armed Forces) Order 2009, for “section 76 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” substitute “ section 222 of the Sentencing Code ”.
