In article 3(2) of that Order—

(a)

for “under section 177(1)(i) of the 2003 Act,” substitute “ , within the meaning given by paragraph 19(1) of Schedule 9 to the Sentencing Code, ”;

(b)

for “section 210 of that Act” substitute “ paragraph 21 of that Schedule ”.
