338In Schedule 2 to the Criminal Justice Act 2003 (Commencement No.8 and Transitional and Saving Provisions) Order 2005, in paragraph 5, at the end of sub-paragraph (1) insert—
“This is subject to section 1 of the Sentencing (Pre-consolidation) Amendments Act 2020 (and see also the exceptions in Schedule 1 to that Act).”
