(2)In subsection (1)—
(a)in paragraph (a), after “a court” insert “ in Northern Ireland ”;
(b)omit paragraph (b) and the preceding “or”.
(3)In subsection (2), in paragraphs (a) and (b), after “a court” insert “ in Northern Ireland ”.
(4)In subsection (9) omit paragraph (b).
