98 E+W In section 354 (offence: breach of sexual harm prevention order), for subsection (2) substitute—

“(2) See the following provisions for offences in Scotland and Northern Ireland of [F1 breaching such an order]—

(a) section 37 of the Abusive Behaviour and Sexual Harm (Scotland) Act 2016 (asp 22);

(b) section 113 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003.”
