[F1 94 (1) Section 318 (offences under service law) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In subsection (2) for “and (e)” substitute “and (3A)(b)”;

(3) In subsection (3)(a) for “and (e)” substitute “and (3A)(b)”.]
