Custodial sentences where offender already subject to sentence following conviction before commencement E+W

34 E+W In section 257 (extended sentence under section 254 where offender subject to detention and training order), [F1 in] subsection (4)—

(a) in paragraph (a), at the end insert “ or ”;

(b) omit paragraph (c) (and the word “or” immediately before it).
