(i)at the end of paragraph (a), insert “ or ”;
(ii)omit paragraph (c) (and the word “or” immediately before it);
(b)in subsection (4) omit—
(i)paragraph (b);
(ii)in paragraph (c) the words “(whether passed before or after this Code comes into force)”;
(iii)paragraph (e) (and the word “or” immediately before it);
and insert “ or ” immediately after paragraph (c).
