Electronic monitoring and SSSO U.K.

39 U.K. Subsections (1) and (3) of section 245C of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995 (provision of remote monitoring) have effect as if they included a reference to the electronic monitoring of the community requirements of a suspended sentence order made or amended in accordance with paragraph 1 or 2 of this Schedule.
