PART 2Breach of requirement of order
Role of enforcement officer
I17
Where a matter is referred to an enforcement officer under paragraph 6, the enforcement officer must—
a
consider the case, and
b
where appropriate, cause an information to be laid in respect of the offender's breach of requirement—
i
in the case of a community order subject to magistrates' court supervision, before a justice of the peace;
ii
in the case of a Crown Court community order, before the Crown Court.
