Authentication of documents relating to obtaining or extending moratorium: general

(1)

A notice or statement under Article 13BC(1), 13CA(1), 13CB(1) or 13CD(2) of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 must be authenticated by or on behalf of the person giving the notice or making the statement (see paragraph 49).

(2)

A notice under Article 13BE(2)(a) of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 must be authenticated by the monitor (see paragraph 49).
