22 (1) Section 411 (company insolvency rules) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In subsection (1), in the words after paragraph (b), for “Parts I” substitute “ Parts A1 ”.

(3) In subsection (3), for “Parts I” substitute “ Parts A1 ”.
