15 (1) Section 233 (supplies of gas, water, electricity etc) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In subsection (1)—

(a) omit paragraph (ba);

(b) in the words after paragraph (e), omit “the nominee,”.

(3) In subsection (4), omit paragraph (ba).
