32 Extent U.K.

(1) The following provisions of this Act extend to England and Wales only—

(a) in Part 3, sections 13 to 19, 20(3) and 23;

(b) Part 4.

(2) The remaining provisions of this Act extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
