49 (1) Schedule 6 (instruments which are exempt EU instruments) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) Omit paragraphs 1(1), 2 and 4.

(3) In paragraph 3—

(a) omit “or EU regulation” in paragraph (a), and

(b) omit paragraph (b) and the word “or” before it.
