Section 23 (consequential and transitional provision) is amended as follows.

In subsection (3) for “the end of the Session in which this Act is passed” substitute “ IP completion day ”.

In subsection (4) for “exit day” substitute “ IP completion day ”.

In subsection (6) after “exit day” insert “ or IP completion day ”.
