34(1)Subject to sub-paragraph (2), the IMA may do anything which it thinks necessary or expedient for the purposes of, or in connection with, the exercise of its functions.U.K.
(2)The IMA may not—
(a)borrow money;
(b)accept gifts of money, land or other property.
