I17Priority of applications

It is for the President of the Board to decide the order of priority in which applications for compensation under this Part are to be determined.

In making a decision under subsection (1), the President must have particular regard to—
a
the age of each applicant, and
b
in so far as it is disclosed on the application, the health of each applicant.
