Sections 1, 6 and 7 come into force on the day on which it the Act received Royal Assent.
Sections 2 and 3, and the Schedule, will be commenced on 1 April 2018.
Sections 4 and 5 come into force at the end of the period of 2 months beginning with the day on which the Act received Royal Assent.
