14Commencement

(1)

This Act comes into force on such day as the Secretary of State may by regulations appoint, subject to subsection (2).

(2)

Part 2 and this Part come into force on the day on which this Act is passed.

(3)

Regulations under this section may—

(a)

appoint different days for different purposes;

(b)

make transitional, transitory or saving provision.
