13Extent

(1)

This Act extends to England and Wales only, subject to the following subsections.

(2)

Section 10(4)(b) and (c) extend to England and Wales and Northern Ireland.

(3)

Section 10(4)(d) and (e) extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

(4)

Sections 11(10) and 12 to 15 extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
