PART 1 U.K. Amendments relating to Part 1

3 U.K. In section 192(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1988 (interpretation), in the definition of “international road haulage permit”—

(a) the words after “means” become paragraph (a);

(b) at the end of that paragraph insert “, or

(b) an international road transport permit, within the meaning given by section 1(2) of the Haulage Permits and Trailer Registration Act 2018”.
