Anticipatory exercise of powers in relation to retained EU law U.K.

24 U.K. Any power to make regulations under this Act which modify retained direct EU legislation, anything which is retained EU law by virtue of section 4 or any other retained EU law is capable of being exercised before [F1 IP completion day] so that the regulations come into force on or after [F1 IP completion day].
