(2)In subsection (1)—
(a)insert “ or ” at the end of paragraph (za), and
(b)omit paragraph (b) and the “or” before it.
(3)In subsection (2)(b), for “(1)(za), (a), or (b)” substitute “ (1)(za) or (a) ”.
