For the purposes of section 1(5)(c) regulations “impose trade sanctions” if they impose prohibitions or requirements for one or more of the purposes mentioned in Part 1 of Schedule 1.

Part 2 of that Schedule makes further provision in connection with regulations which impose trade sanctions.
