153 U.K. In section 20A(5) of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (functions relating to processing of information by registered persons), in the definition of “processing”, for “the Data Protection Act 1998” substitute “ Parts 5 to 7 of the Data Protection Act 2018 (see section 3(4) and (14) of that Act); ”.
