Section 64C of the Public Audit (Wales) Act 2004 (voluntary provision of data) is amended as follows.

In subsection (3)(a), for “the Data Protection Act 1998 (c. 29)” substitute “ the data protection legislation ”.

In this section—

“the data protection legislation” has the same meaning as in the Data Protection Act 2018 (see section 3 of that Act);
