208 (1) Section 17 (disclosure of information) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In subsection (7), for “the Data Protection Act 1998” substitute “ the data protection legislation ”.

(3) In subsection (8), after “section” insert “—

“the data protection legislation” has the same meaning as in the Data Protection Act 2018 (see section 3 of that Act);”.
