Section 38 of the Broads Authority Act 2009 (provision of information) is amended as follows.

In subsection (3), for “the Data Protection Act 1998 (c. 29)” substitute “ the data protection legislation ”.

In subsection (6), after “section” insert

“the data protection legislation” has the same meaning as in the Data Protection Act 2018 (see section 3 of that Act);
