5(1)Sections 4 and 12 of the Railways Clauses Act 1863 (and section 3 of that Act so far as relating to those sections) are incorporated with this Act, in so far as applicable for the purposes of this Act and not inconsistent with its provisions.U.K.
(2)In its application by virtue of sub-paragraph (1), section 4 has effect with the omission of—
(a)the words ““and subject to the limitations contained in sections eleven, twelve, and fifteen of those Acts respectively,””, and
(b)the words from ““Provided that nothing”” to the end.
