The provisions of this Act (except section 11 and Schedule 14) came into force on 23 February the date of Royal Assent (section 70(1)).
The High Speed Rail (London - West Midlands) Act 2017 (Commencement) Order 2017 (S.I. 2017/209) brought section 11 and Schedule 14 into force on 24 February 2017.
