Section 153C of that Act (power to relax restriction on public sector exit payments) is amended as follows.

In subsections (5)(b), (8)(a) and (8)(b), for ““relevant Welsh authority”” substitute “ devolved Welsh authority ”.

In subsection (9), for the definition of ““relevant Welsh authority”” substitute—

“"devolved Welsh authority”” has the same meaning as in the Government of Wales Act 2006 (see section 157A of that Act).
