50 E+W In section 38 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 (minor definitions) in the definition of “local authority” after “a combined authority established under section 103 of that Act” insert “ , a fire and rescue authority created by an order under section 4A of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 ”.
