Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974 (c. 37) E+W+S

35 E+W+S In section 28(6) of the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974 (restrictions on disclosure of information: meaning of local authority) after “a combined authority established under section 103 of that Act” insert “ , a fire and rescue authority created by an order under section 4A of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 ”.
