27 E+W In section 223 (appearance of local authorities in legal proceedings) in subsection (2) (application to bodies other than local authorities) after “a combined authority,” insert “ a fire and rescue authority created by an order under section 4A of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004, ”.
