Paragraph 60 is to have effect as if the following were substituted for it—

The education administrator of a further education body has the powers specified in Schedule 1 to this Act (reading references in that Schedule to the company as references to the further education body).

The education administrator of a further education body has the power to act on behalf of the further education body for the purposes of provision contained in any legislation which confers a power on the further education body or imposes a duty on it.

In sub-paragraph (2) “legislation” means provision made by or under any Act.
