10 Definitions E+W

In this Act—

• “financial year” means—

  (a)

  the period beginning with the day on which the NCS Trust is established and ending with the following 31 March, and

  (b)

  each successive period of 12 months;

• “the NCS Trust” has the meaning given by section 1(1).
