This Act comes into force at the end of the period of 2 months beginning with the day on which this Act is passed.

This Act extends to England and Wales.

But the amendments made by sections 1 and 2 apply only in relation to regulations made by the Secretary of State.

This Act may be cited as the Parking Places (Variation of Charges) Act 2017.
