2Procedure for varying charges at designated parking places
(1)
Section 46A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (variation of charges at designated parking places) is amended as follows.
(2)
In subsection (4), after paragraph (a) insert—
“(aa)
consultation about their proposal;”.
(3)
After subsection (4) insert—
“(4A)
Regulations under this section may make different provision for different purposes.”
