The Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 is amended as follows.

In paragraph 13(5) of Schedule 7 (further provision about civil sanctions under Part 4: disclosure of information) for paragraph (b) substitute—

b

any of Parts 1 to 7 or Chapter 1 of Part 9 of the Investigatory Powers Act 2016.

In paragraph 9(5) of Schedule 10 (further provision about fixed monetary penalties under section 142: disclosure of information) for paragraph (b) substitute—

b

any of Parts 1 to 7 or Chapter 1 of Part 9 of the Investigatory Powers Act 2016.
