29In section 132 of the Land Registration Act 2002 (interpretation), in subsection (1)—

(a)in the definition of “flexible tenancy”, for “107A” substitute “115B”;

(b)in the definition of “relevant social housing tenancy”, after paragraph (a) (but before the “or” at the end) insert—

“(aa)

a secure tenancy of a dwelling-house in England granted on or after the day on which paragraph 4 of Schedule 7 to the Housing and Planning Act 2016 comes fully into force,

(ab)

an introductory tenancy of a dwelling-house in England granted on or after the day on which paragraph 4 of Schedule 7 to the Housing and Planning Act 2016 comes fully into force,;

(c)at the appropriate places insert—

  • “introductory tenancy” has the same meaning as in Chapter 1 of Part 5 of the Housing Act 1996;;

  • “secure tenancy” has the meaning given by section 79 of the Housing Act 1985;.
