I120Reference of disputes to the OGA

A relevant party to a qualifying dispute may refer it to the OGA.

A reference under this section is to be made in such manner as the OGA may require.

Requirements under subsection (2) as to the manner in which a reference is to be made—
a
may make different provision for different cases;
b
are to be imposed, withdrawn or modified by notice published in such manner as the OGA considers appropriate for bringing the requirement, withdrawal or modification to the attention of the persons who, in the OGA's opinion, are likely to be affected by it.
