In subsection (1)—

a

omit the “or” after paragraph (b);

b

after paragraph (c) insert

the Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority.

In subsection (6)—

a

for “or the Director General”, in the first place it occurs, substitute “ , the Director General or the Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority ”;
