(1)

Section 15 (slavery and trafficking prevention orders on application) is amended as follows.

(2)

In subsection (1)—

(a)

omit the “or” after paragraph (b);

(b)

after paragraph (c) insert“, or

(d)

the Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority.”

(3)

In subsection (7)—

(a)

for “or the Director General”, in the first place it occurs, substitute “ , the Director General or the Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority ”;

(b)

for “or the Director General”, in the second place it occurs, substitute “ , the Director General or the Authority ”.

In subsection (8)(b)—

(a)
