Section 61 (determination of applications) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1)(b), omit from “in relation” to “ “relevant senior” and insert “(a “ senior ”.

In subsections (2B) and (3ZA) omit “relevant”.

Omit subsections (6) and (7).
