In paragraph 2(1)—

a

omit the “or” at the end of sub-paragraph (b);

at the end of sub-paragraph (c) insert

its functions as the Prudential Regulation Authority.

In paragraph 3(1), in column 1 of the table, in the entry for the Financial Conduct Authority or the Prudential Regulation Authority omit “or the Prudential Regulation Authority”.
