Schedule 1 (court of directors) is amended as follows.

In paragraph 8(2) for “Chief Executive of the Prudential Regulation Authority” substitute “ chief executive for prudential regulation (see Schedule 6A) ”.

In paragraph 11(1), after paragraph (c) insert—

a committee consisting of officers, employees or agents of the Bank.
